Refunds for solar systems and electrical systems will be considered within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund.
After inspection and approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

1.2 Returns:

If you wish to return a solar system or electrical system for any reason other than a defect covered under warranty, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect covered under warranty.

2. Software Services:

2.1 Refunds:

Refunds for software services will be considered within 30 days of the payment date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have not accessed or used the software service.
Proof of payment is required to initiate a refund.
Once the refund is approved, it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Returns are not applicable for software services once access has been granted.
