Customer Agreement Policy

This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MOSCo. Innovators ("Company") and the Customer ("Customer") for the provision of services and products as outlined below:

1. Scope of Services:

1.1 Solar and Electrical Systems Installation:

MOSCo. Innovators shall provide solar and electrical systems installation services as per the agreed specifications and requirements.
The installation shall be carried out by qualified technicians and in compliance with relevant safety and industry standards.

1.2 Sale of Technology Systems:

MOSCo. Innovators may offer various technology systems for sale, including but not limited to, solar systems, electrical systems, and other related products.
The sale of technology systems shall be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the respective product agreements or sales contracts.

1.3 Software Systems Development:

MOSCo. Innovators may provide software systems development services tailored to the Customer's requirements.
The development process shall be outlined in a separate software development agreement specifying the scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

2. Customer Responsibilities:

2.1 Cooperation:

The Customer shall cooperate with MOSCo. Innovators by providing necessary access, information, and permissions required for the provision of services.
Any delays or hindrances caused by the Customer may impact project timelines and deliverables.

2.2 Compliance:

The Customer shall ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to the installation, operation, and use of the systems provided by MOSCo. Innovators.

2.3 Payment:

The Customer shall make timely payments for the services and products provided by MOSCo. Innovators as per the agreed payment terms.

3. Warranty and Support:

3.1 Warranty:

MOSCo. Innovators warrants that the products and services provided shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified warranty period.
Warranty terms and coverage shall be outlined in the respective product agreements or service contracts.

3.2 Support:

MOSCo. Innovators shall provide reasonable support and assistance to address any issues or concerns related to the products or services provided.

4. Limitation of Liability:

4.1 Exclusions:

MOSCo. Innovators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its products or services.

4.2 Limitation:

The total liability of MOSCo. Innovators under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.

5. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of the Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

6.1 Governing Law:

Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state that authorizes MOSCo. Innovators to aperate.

6.2 Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration as per the terms specified in the Agreement.

7. Miscellaneous:

7.1 Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between MOSCo. Innovators and the Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

7.2 Amendment:

amendments or modifications to this Agreement shall be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
